The Path-to-Leadership is the growth journey of an executive leader. Our approach to developing executive skills starts with the individual since it's hard to manage teams and more complex forms of organizational structures if we don't have the skills to properly manage ourselves first. 

Then, we make sure executives understand and have the skills to partner and team with others, so they can grow into higher executive positions where they will need to effectively delegate and coach others to make things happen.

The paradigm change is as a result of no longer being evaluated and rewarded for operating activities, all of which will now be seen as a liability or falling in the comfort-zone. Executive interventions will then be focused only on having the right people at the right place at the right time, while providing the coaching and context needed to help them perform at their best.
